No. We introduce self-employed subcontractors to contractors. The contractor books them and pays them directly, the same way they do now. Our fee is for finding and checking them.
Only when you book someone we sent you. We invoice once the booking is confirmed. If we can't find anyone suitable, there's no charge.
Tell us the same day and we'll find a replacement as fast as we can, at no extra cost. Subbies who don't turn up are removed from Lineup.

No. It's free to join during the pilot, and you agree your own rate with the contractor.
